In the school year just begun, the sound of the bell was accompanied by the notes of “torneremo a scuola”, a musical motif born from an idea of the State Police.
Arranged by Vice Maestro Roberto Granata, performed by the State Police Music Band and sung by the children of the “Maria Chierichini” school choir in Amelia with the participation of Red Canzian, Torneremo a scuola tells in music, the emotions of the students who, after the difficult months of the pandemic, repopulate the classrooms that have been empty for a long time due to covid. Today we finally return to normal even if the anti-covid protection measures must still be respected.
And so, through the universal language of music, the State Police celebrates the return to class with the little ones. For years, the State Police has been close to students through numerous proximity initiatives, transmitting the values of the culture of legality
and adopting different communication codes from time to time, to intercept the largest number of children and adolescents.
From this perspective, my diary was created for the little ones, the school diary intended for primary school pupils, now in its eighth edition, while for older children, among other initiatives, a social life, the blue bus, train to be cool are intended.
Simple words that touch the heart, those that make up the song written by Giuseppe Anastasi, an expression of the joy of the little ones and a good omen for the new school year.
The song, accompanied by a video shot in Rome at the school named after “Giovanni Palatucci” - one of the heroes of the State Police - in the San Basilio neighborhood, has already been sung by many elementary school students and is about to become the anthem of Italian students.
