The carabinieri of Pomigliano d'Arco are conducting investigations to shed light on the alleged violence of a physical but non-sexual nature suffered by a minor reported to the police station by their father.
Last Monday, according to what has been learned, the man's minor son was invited to go to the home of a peer where he was then tied with duct tape and beaten from other boys who would be the same age as him.
The version of the incident provided by the parent of the alleged victim is now being examined by investigators: the boy who was the victim of the alleged assault, however, he would not have the signs of the beatings on him nor would he have needed medical attention in hospital.
The Carabinieri have summoned the boys presumed to be the perpetrators of the attack to the barracks. The investigation is being followed carefully and following the indications of the Juvenile Court in Naples.
