The "International Riace Bronzes Award” was born from an idea of the Patron Giuseppe Tripodi President of the tourist association Pro-loco Città di Reggio Calabria, assisted by the Honorary President Giuseppe Viceconte and the Testimonial of the Award Elena D'Ambrogio Navone, includes among its main objectives that of contributing to the valorization and promotion of the artistic-archaeological resources of our territory, at the same time favoring its tourist and economic development.
The great event of resonance is intended, therefore, as an appreciation to those people, women and men, of outstanding personal qualities who, in the most varied fields from science to culture and from business to art, have fought for the growth of the country, distinguishing themselves in Italy and in the world as "proud warriors" for their skills and professionalism, today reaches its twentieth edition among numerous successes.
