It was presented this morning, in the internal hall of the Bar Santa Lucia from Via Roma to Salerno, the theatrical review of Neapolitan authors, from the 800th century to contemporary ones, called “Here was Naples… here will be Naples”, organized by the consortium association “The theatrical city” of Salerno with the contribution of the Campania Region and the patronage of the Municipality of Salerno.
There are eight events on the program, which will see the companies of the seven theaters that make up “La città teatrale” involved.
Let's start Saturday October 2 with a double appointment, at The Ribalta Theatre, in fact, will be staged "Na Santarella” by Eduardo Scarpetta, while at The Mennola Theater on stage "Pulcinellata” taken from Pasquale Altavilla.
We then continue on 9 10 and October al New Theatre with "Trianon” by Enzo Moscato. Fourth appointment on 12 13 and October al Jester's Theatre with the show "You killer music” by Manlio Santanelli. The 16 17 and October the company of the Arbostella Theatre, (which due to renovation work will be hosted at the Teatro Nuovo) will stage “Pascariello and Don Felice” by Antonio Petito.
Sixth appointment the 22 23 and October al Reduced Theatre with "Eduardo: Magical Artificer” taken from Eduardo De Filippo. The 24 October it's up to the company instead Genovesi Theater which will propose "Anna Cappelli” by Annibale Ruccello. The review closes with the 29, 30 and 31 October the Teatro Nuovo company which will propose “The last urchin” by Raffaele Viviani.
All shows are free to enter, with mandatory reservations to be made also by phone at the respective theaters starting from today, for the first three appointments and then for the following ones. Entry to the theater, as per anti-covid provisions, will be allowed only upon presentation of the green pass or the negative result of a swab carried out no more than 48 hours before the show.
