Napoli. Following an investigation coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples, the agents of the Railway Police Department for Campania have executed the prison custody order issued by the Court of Naples - Review Section, against two 37-year-old Neapolitans, called to answer for the crime of robbery aggravated by the use of a cutting weapon.
Last May 2, the two, both with police records and in fact homeless, during the night, in Piazza Garibaldi, under the threat of a knife, took 130 euros from the owner. The latter then turned to the police officers on duty at Polfer di Napoli Centrale, providing a detailed description of the robbers.
The investigations allowed to identify the perpetrators of the robbery, already known to the police, who were subsequently also recognized by the victim.
One of the two men was taken to the Salerno prison, while the second, already detained for another crime at the Regina Coeli prison, was notified of the prison order.
