Greek's tower. He threatened a man with a knife to get him to hand over what he had in his possession. All near the highway roundabout at the Torre del Greco toll booth on the morning of the last day of last year. Now the turning point: the police station officers, in fact, have proceeded to notify the prison (where he is being held for another crime) of an order applying the precautionary custody issued by the investigating judge of the Torre Annunziata court at the request of the Prosecutor's Office, against Ciro Scognamiglio, 38, accused of robbery.
The investigations began with a complaint filed by a young man who had been robbed on December 31, between 12.45:13.15 and 20:XNUMX p.m. In particular, the victim, while he was walking along Via Scappi near the motorway roundabout, had been approached by two young men on a light blue Liberty scooter, whose passenger, who had quickly gotten off the vehicle, had approached, pointing a XNUMX-centimetre knife at the boy and asking him to hand over what he had in his possession.
"The investigations - explains the prosecutor, Nunzio Fragliasso - carried out by the judicial police following the acquisition of the notitia criminis, have allowed us to identify one of the authors of the criminal conduct in the man arrested today and to issue a restrictive measure against him".
