The immediate intervention allowed the military to surprise, in flagrante delicto, two people intent on burning waste of various kinds including tires, various plastics, materials from demolitions and brushwood. The Fire Brigade of Aversa (CE) also intervened on site. The entire area was seized.
The two people were reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Naples North for illegal burning of waste.

A long and dangerous pursuit between the Caserta area and northern Naples ended with the arrest of a 28-year-old man from Boscoreale, stopped by the Carabinieri for resisting a public officer and possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking.
