Salerno. Two Salerno teenagers are recipients of aprecautionary order which provides for the community placement: both minors, are considered responsible for serious episodes of revenge porn and dissemination of child pornography material (video at the end of the article).
The investigation, coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office for Minors of Salerno, initially allowed us to ascertain that one of the two boys had spread via Whatsapp a sexually explicit video of his ex-girlfriend. The images were later "traded" by his friend in a group chat. WhatsApp and Telegram, triggering a consequent chain effect.
The investigations carried out on the suspects' cell phones revealed the possession of a large quantity of child pornography depicting other minors. This, investigators note, confirms the dangers of sexting, the exchange of sexually explicit content online.
The investigations, coordinated by the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office of Salerno, led by Patrizia Imperato, were carried out by Postal Police officers and the Carabinieri Judicial Police Section. Technical investigations that allowed the reconstruction of several episodes linked to the sexting phenomenon.

Investigators have ascertained, as mentioned, that one of the minors forwarded a sexually explicit video of his ex-girlfriend via WhatsApp, with the clear intent of harming her.

From the analysis of the cell phones seized from the two suspects, it emerged that possession of a large quantity of child pornography material depicting other minors, some of whom were very young, posing in intimate poses. Investigators believe the content may have been acquired through the new and alarming phenomenon of sexting, which is widespread among young people and involves the online exchange of hot material.

In particular, according to the reconstruction carried out by the investigators, one of the two minors would have made a real barter, causing the unstoppable spread of child pornography. One of the two cell phones, among other things, contained an advertisement with unmistakable content: "I exchanged photos of my ex for a pedo", accompanied by an intimate image of a minor from Salerno.
