San Giorgio a Cremano. A twenty-year-old man with no criminal record suffered a minor stab wound to the back.
The episode occurred late yesterday evening in Piazza Troisi in San Giorgio a Cremano. The young man, a resident of Naples, reported to the police officers that he was in Piazza Troisi when, in an attempt to defend a friend from offensive comments, he was approached by four people unknown to him, and was then struck in the back with a cutting weapon.
Having arrived at the Ospedale del Mare in Naples by his own means, the 20-year-old was treated for two non-deep wounds to his back. The officers from the 'Flying Squad' section of the Upg arrived there and are examining the young man's story. They are also checking the images from the cameras in the area.
