The first "Open Day for Sport" organized by the city council, led by Mayor Giorgio Zinno, kicks off in San Giorgio a Cremano. On Saturday, October 2nd and Sunday, October 3rd, the Paudice Stadium will host two days of events entirely dedicated to the city's sports: tournaments, exhibitions, shows, and promotions to spread the culture and importance of physical activity and sport through participation.
The non-stop event, organized in agreement with Councilor Maria Tarallo, will start on Saturday at 10.30:XNUMX, when the gates of Campo Paudice, in via Sandriana, will open, set up with stands of the various sports ASDs of the area that have joined the initiative, a stage for performances and all the sports equipment to try out and learn about the courses and activities that can be done in our city.
“The activities of sports associations, gyms and dance schools have now restarted in person – explains Mayor Zinno – but they suffered a hard blow during the pandemic. We are at their side to restore momentum and courage to the activities that have invested in our territory, helping to spread knowledge of the excellent sports realities of our city. All without forgetting the sharing of values of respect, solidarity and loyalty that are fundamental for the growth of our children and our community.”
