A teacher in the Avellino area has been suspended for beating children at a preschool. The mothers reported her and the police are investigating: she was framed by videos.
Physical and psychological abuse, beatings, offensive and disproportionate reprimands. With these accusations, a teacher of a nursery school in Vallo di Lauro, in the province of Avellino, has been suspended for the next ten months from all professional activities.
The order from the Avellino Public Prosecutor's Office came at the conclusion of investigations carried out by the Carabinieri, which began following complaints filed by some mothers of children who reported serious incidents of mistreatment suffered by their children.
From the audio-video interceptions ordered by the investigators, it emerged that the teacher, in a repeated manner, had a harassing behavior towards the children with continuous psychological and physical humiliation. The interdiction measure prohibits the investigated teacher from providing service at any educational institution of any order and level.
