Wednesday 15 September at 21.00 pm, in the concert hall dedicated to Neapolitan song "Napulitanata“, in Piazza Museo in Naples, there will be a show and an exhibition of unpublished memorabilia for the centennial of the birth of Sergio Bruni, born on September 15, 1921 in Villaricca and passed away on June 22, 2003 in Rome.
The ensemble led by Mimmo Matania and Pasquale Cirillo will propose the songs that best identify the Bruno legacy: Carmela e Bitter is good, but also Stage, 'Oh Vesuvius, The portrait of Nanninella e A brunette.
The concert will be framed by an exhibition of documents made available by the Bruni family: unpublished photos of the stage and of the family, the manuscript of a poem composed by Sergio Bruni for his granddaughter Eva's birthday and a writing that the poet Salvatore Palomba wanted to dedicate to the artist on the occasion of the centenary.
