This was announced by the Commission itself, which conducted inspections at three agricultural companies to investigate issues related to the exploitation of agricultural workers, with particular attention to the phenomenon of gangmastering.

The delegation, led by President Gianclaudio Bressa, and composed of Senators Iunio Valerio Romano, Fulvia Michela Caligiuri, Ugo Grassi, and Sandro Ruotolo, then continued its work at the Fernandes Center in Castel Volturno, where they interviewed the Prefect of Caserta and Special Commissioner for Castel Volturno, Raffaele Ruberto, and the Center's Director, Antonio Casale. The parliamentary delegation also had the opportunity to interview representatives of the various associations that are part of the "Castel Volturno Solidarity Network" and to hear the testimonies of several foreign workers who have been victims of exploitation.
