Illegal systems of Neapolitan neomelodic TV seized: Tele Volla which had illegal systems on Vesuvius.
As part of the judicial police activities aimed at preventing and repressing the phenomenon of the emission of abusive audio-television signals, the Postal and Communications Police Department for Campania, following a report from the Ministry of Economic Development, identified an abusive system, located on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius, in the municipality of Ercolano and operating on Channel 24 UHF, from which the broadcasts of “Canale 11 Televolla – Società Cooperativa ARL” were broadcast.
After thorough investigations, the Postal Police personnel, in collaboration with the operators of the Campania Territorial Inspectorate, using special radioelectric instruments, located a brick shed where the illegal system tuned to CH 24 UHF was installed. Access to the building required the intervention of the Fire Brigade, for the removal of a padlock and a lock that were blocking the entrance door.

After having reported the owner of the telecommunications infrastructure, the Postal Police, in addition to the shed that housed the illegal system, seized the electronic components that allowed it to function: 1 KTD 700 Digital Broadcast Transmitter, 1 RTC 48RX 10056 Receiver, 1 Elettronika Modulator, 1 Elber Reble 310 Receiver.
