Arrested with almost half a kilo of cocaine and hashish: 3 years and 4 months for Triple F, rapper from Valle Caudina.

The trial against was held before the Preliminary Investigations Judge of the Court of Avellino, Dr. Marcello Rotondi, Frank Ronga, di San Martino Valle Caudina, 24 years old, accused of aggravated drug dealing of hashish and cocaine, defended by the lawyer Vittorio Fucci. In particular, Ronga was arrested, together with Father Michael, by the Carabinieri of San Martino Valle Caudina, in the act of the aggravated crime of dealing approximately 300 grams of marijuana and approximately 7 grams of cocaine.

At the end of the hearing, the GIP, largely accepting the thesis of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci, inflicted on Ronga the sentence of three years and four months in prison. The Public Prosecutor instead had requested that Ronga be sentenced to 4 and a half years of imprisonment in consideration of the quantity of substance found, the multiplicity of the narcotic substance and the discovery of a switchblade, cellophane bags and a precision scale, used for packaging the substance, indicators that would denote a marked dangerousness of the accused.

Ronga was arrested on December 29, 2020 and placed under house arrest. The result obtained for the young rapper is sensational, given that the rapper's father, Michael Ronga, assisted by other lawyers and judged separately, has already been sentenced, in the first instance, to a penalty of 5 years in prison for the same charges.
