Through an online classifieds site and a decoy ad associated with a telephone contact and a prepaid card where to receive the money from the province of Caserta, the 26-year-old infiltrated the internet by selling above-ground pools online at absolutely competitive prices. The negotiations were conducted by telephone and on WhatsApp and when the amount due was credited to the scammer's prepaid card, the game was over since the sale did not correspond to the shipping of the purchased item.
