Vaccines . Over one hundred pregnant women and new mothers attended the Open Day organized by the Caserta Local Health Authority at the Marcianise hospital, receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, thus overcoming their doubts and concerns.
The dedicated vaccination line was composed not only of vaccinating doctors but also of gynecologists, and it was also possible for patients to have optional ultrasound scans free of charge before and after the administration of the vaccines, thanks to the collaboration with the company's Consultants.
“We are very happy, almost surprised, by the turnout – says the general director of the ASL of Caserta Ferdinando Russo – because it is fundamental that pregnant women and new mothers get vaccinated, because this represents a guarantee for themselves and their children”.
