From the happy meeting between the cultural association Club 33 Giri of Santa Maria Capua Vetere (CE) and its festival “Music can do"And the 'Company Agricola Rufrae in Presenzano (CE) the idea of an event that brings together art and nature was born, the pillars on which the activities of the association and the company are based respectively.
The festival “Why Nut?!” is the result of this collaboration and will be held on September 26th in the area of the agricultural company in via Tuoro San'Angelo 2, in Presenzano.
The experiences of the two entities, which with passion and enthusiasm pursue their objectives in the territory, come together to give life to a new way of enjoying natural spaces and the artistic and musical experience in close contact with the environment.
The aim of the event is to enhance the territory, the products of the land, the local crops through the fusion with the artistic experience capable of involving the public in an immersive and global way. Particular attention, during the day, will be given to hazelnut, a typical and precious product of the area, and its cultivation.
Hence the name of the event, Why Nut?!, not only a reference to the hazelnut, but also an invitation to start again, "why not", from the pillars of beauty that surrounds us, art and nature.
The two entities intend to open up to the territory by proposing an unusual, new and eco-sustainable experience that excites the community and makes it an active protagonist of the event. Agricola Rufrae proposes an unusual, unconventional and constantly evolving hospitality offer, agricultural tourism: experiential paths, cultural education and artistic events.
This experience is enriched by the catalytic power of art and music in particular, of which the cultural association Club 33 Giri knows perfectly the potential of aggregation. Together with nature, at the center of everything, there is music as a universal language that unites and involves. Of all the art forms, music is certainly the one that has the closest relationship with nature.
"Music is one of the ways through which the soul returns to heaven” he wrote Torquato Tasso, and this is why Club 33 Giri and Agricola Rufrae have decided to enrich the company's spaces with music and art. The sounds of nature, together with its flavors, smells and colors, embrace, blend and enrich each other thanks to the melodic and harmonious sounds produced by man and his artistic creativity. The hazelnut grove, the fir forest, the cultivated fields become a hosting place and an integral part of the artistic and musical experience.
