Tomorrow, Friday, September 24, from 16:19 pm to 76:XNUMX pm, the Naples Zoo in Viale JF Kennedy XNUMX, opens its doors to the LGBTQ community with the colors of the rainbow.

The nature that surrounds workers and visitors in this park every day with its exuberance and creative variety, reminds everyone through its magnificent examples of species and harmony, how much diversity is a wealth for our planet, how necessary it is and above all how evolution over millions of years has proven to be proactive and far-sighted, allowing the birth of extremely different species that have been able to occupy all ecological niches, evolving and surviving thanks to the most disparate strategies for their reproduction.

The aim of the zoo through this event is to scientifically tell the closeness of our species to all other animal species from another point of view: we are all guests of the same planet and all pieces of the same puzzle, and as in the human species also in other animal species it is possible to encounter a rich panorama of examples that see the male and female sex exchanging roles in a carousel of colorful combinations.

Homosexuality, for example, has been observed in more than 1000 species and bisexuality is even more widespread, studies on the subject date back to 1700. Tomorrow afternoon with free admission to the park from 16:00 to 19:00 the zoo becomes the spokesperson of a vision in which prejudices and preconceptions fall to celebrate the nature that is within each of us, in all its forms.

Starting from 16:00 pm it will be possible to access the park for free, walk along the paths, admire the animals that live in the structure, participate for free in guided tours and enjoy a welcome aperitif at the central chalet of the park.
