Let's Relive the Theater: this is how the Teatro Augusteo in Naples announces the reopening of the curtain, recovering the first of the shows suspended due to restrictions: from Wednesday 20 to Sunday 31 October, Carlo Buccirosso will be on stage in the hall of Piazzetta Duca D'Aosta 263 with the show "La rottamazione di un italiano perbene", taken from Il Miracolo di Don Ciccillo.
The show, written and directed by Carlo Buccirosso, tells the story of Alberto Pisapia, a professional restaurateur on the brink of bankruptcy, who must face a nightmare that undermines the serenity of his family. A current and burning story that will make you laugh and think, set in a restaurant on the outskirts of town.
Alberto Pisapìa, a restaurateur by profession, runs a restaurant that is now on the verge of bankruptcy. Married to Valeria Vitiello, a hot-blooded woman with a combative character, he is the father of two children, Viola and Matteo: the first anarchic and irascible, the other thoughtful and calm.
Alberto has been living in a situation of great psychological distress for four years, which in recent times has taken the form of a real nervous breakdown due to the economic crisis and a series of reckless investments advised by his brother Ernesto.
Alberto fights a desperate battle against the attacks of Equitalia, which with inexorable precision strikes him in the quiet of his home, now mortgaged, with tax bills of all kinds, and against the wickedness of his mother-in-law Clementina, a ruthless official of the Revenue Agency. The love of his wife Valeria and his children, intent on recovering Alberto's lucidity through the illusory representation of a very different reality, can do very little.
