Volturno Castle. The Caserta State Police, at dawn, executed the precautionary measure of placement in IPM against a seventeen-year-old issued by the GIP at the Juvenile Court of Naples at the request of that Prosecutor's Office, as he was considered responsible for attempted murder and serious injury.
On the evening of June 27, during a party organized at the aforementioned beach, the minor - for trivial reasons related to a dispute over a girl - struck several blows in the direction of two of his peers, one of whom, in imminent danger of life because he had been hit in vital parts of his body, was undergoing two delicate surgical operations at the Pineta Grande clinic in Castel Volturno.
The investigations immediately carried out by the State Police personnel who intervened on site, through the acquisition of numerous testimonies, together with the analysis of telephone records and various social networks usually used by the boys, allowed them to acquire a series of elements against the minor which were then transmitted to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Naples which requested the maximum coercive measure against the boy, which was carried out today.
After the ritual procedures, the minor was placed at the First Reception Centre in Naples to be subsequently associated with the IPM
