A new program starts today “In the Kitchen with Chronicles” dedicated to your recipes.

IN THE KITCHEN WITH CHRONICLES – POTATO STICKS (by Sara M.) – THE VIDEO

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 GR OF POTATOES
  • 60 GR OF POTATO STARCH
  • 1 PINCH OF SALT
  • 1 PINCH OF PEPPER
  • 50 GR OF PARMESAN
  • CHOPPED PARSLEY FOR DRESSING
  • 2 TABLESPOONS EXTRA VIRGIN OIL
  • 1/2 Tbsp OR SWEET PAPRIKA
  • 1 PINCH OF SALT

Potato Sticks

METHOD:

Let's start blanching the potatoes.
Let them cool, then peel them and finally mash them.
Then put everything together in a container and add salt, pepper, parsley, parmesan and potato starch.
Knead for a few minutes until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Then divide the resulting dough  in balls and then roll them out on a work surface floured.
Work the balls until you obtain sticks or USB stick of the length you like best.

Once the USB stick Arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush them with the dressing.
Infinite sprinkle them with a handful of coarse salt.
Bake at 180 ° (preheated oven) for 25 Minutes.
