IN THE KITCHEN WITH CHRONICLES – POTATO STICKS (by Sara M.) – THE VIDEO
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 GR OF POTATOES
- 60 GR OF POTATO STARCH
- 1 PINCH OF SALT
- 1 PINCH OF PEPPER
- 50 GR OF PARMESAN
- CHOPPED PARSLEY FOR DRESSING
- 2 TABLESPOONS EXTRA VIRGIN OIL
- 1/2 Tbsp OR SWEET PAPRIKA
- 1 PINCH OF SALT

METHOD:
Let's start blanching the potatoes.
Let them cool, then peel them and finally mash them.
Then put everything together in a container and add salt, pepper, parsley, parmesan and potato starch.
Knead for a few minutes until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Then divide the resulting dough in balls and then roll them out on a work surface floured.
Work the balls until you obtain sticks or USB stick of the length you like best.
Once the USB stick Arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush them with the dressing.
Infinite sprinkle them with a handful of coarse salt.
Bake at 180 ° (preheated oven) for 25 Minutes.
