From Naples to Qualiano with a stolen car but the GPS alerts the Carabinieri: 2 people arrested

This morning the Carabinieri of the Giugliano Radiomobile Section and the Varcaturo Station arrested two people aged 30 and 47, respectively residents of Castel Volturno and Mondragone, for aggravated car theft. They are both known to the police.

The two, in the early hours of the morning, stole a car parked on Via Arenaccia in the municipality of Naples.
Thanks to the report sent by the satellite anti-theft management company, the military managed to intercept the stolen car. The 2 were driving through the streets of the center of Qualiano and after a short chase they were stopped. They tried to escape on foot in the fields but the Carabinieri stopped them.

The car was returned to its rightful owner while the two thieves were taken directly to the Court of Naples North for a summary hearing. The tools used for burglary were seized.
