In view of the mandatory Green Pass, starting next October 15, Confesercenti Campania highlights several critical issues that risk weighing on Campania entrepreneurs. «Let's be clear - begins Vincenzo Schiavo, president of Confesercenti Campania - we are in favor of the vaccination campaign and we believe in general the use of the Green Pass is useful, which is becoming a sort of passepartout to avoid the closure of commercial activities.
However, the responsibility and economic burden of checking that employees possess the certificate cannot be placed on entrepreneurs. The even more serious problem, however, concerns those “unique” professional figures on which the activity of small and medium-sized businesses is based. I am referring to starred and non-starred chefs, master craftsmen, tailors, upholsterers and modellers: if, for various reasons, they are not vaccinated and do not want to do so, with the suspension from work of the no vax the company risks having to close, because from one day to the next that restaurant or that business loses in one fell swoop a chef or craftsman, the quality of the dishes or products and therefore customers, turnover and earnings».
In this sense, for Confesercenti Campania the numbers are more than alarming: "In Campania - explains Schiavo - there are 30 thousand restaurants, 7 thousand of which are starred: in them about 2 thousand have cases of employees who have not been vaccinated. Among them also chefs and cooks perhaps trained over the years at the expense of the company. With the obligation that comes into force from October 15, what happens? Who pays the damages and who supports the activities? The same goes for activities in the world of craftsmanship: in our region there are 70 thousand companies in the world of fashion, footwear and leather goods.
Almost 20 thousand complain about a similar problem. How can it be solved? It is not possible to think that due to a regulatory will or the will of others these activities are seriously at risk of closing. Entrepreneurs must obviously try to persuade their employees to undergo the vaccine, but they cannot force them and they cannot pay the economic consequences of these difficulties. At least for 5 thousand activities the risk is high".
Confesercenti Campania raises the alarm and pushes for adequate solutions: "We ask that between the obligation of the Green Pass, the decree and the reasons of those who do not intend to get vaccinated there must be a deeper reflection. We believe - underlines Vincenzo Schiavo - that companies cannot pay the price, for the umpteenth time and also in this period, of the negative effects of the pandemic.
The State should enable workers to make their own choices, but also businesses to not suffer yet another economic setback. It is one thing to replace a waiter, for example and with due respect, another thing to replace a craftsman who has a unique specialization. We need to find a balance between the primary importance of ensuring the health of the employee and his colleagues and the need for a company not to suffer a reduction in turnover and earnings without having some responsibility. Confesercenti - concludes the president of the Campania section and delegate for Southern Italy policies - also asks to start a discussion to find the appropriate solution that does not weigh economically on businesses already on their knees due to the pandemic".
Caivano – An arrest that brings to light one of the most dramatic pages in Neapolitan news. Yesterday, the Carabinieri snapped handcuffs on Ciro Migliore, a 27-year-old already known to law enforcement, during a drug raid in Caivano's green park. The man, identified as an alleged drug dealer, is the same young transgender man who was the boyfriend of Maria Paola Gaglione, the 16-year-old who died in the accident in September 2020. The tragedy, which shocked the entire community, was caused by the victim's brother, Michael Gaglione. As established in the trial, the man, opposing his sister's relationship, chased the couple on a motorcycle. During the chase, the scooter on which Maria Paola and Ciro Migliore were riding crashed, causing the young woman's death. Michele Gaglione was sentenced to 9 years and 6 months in prison for manslaughter. Yesterday's arrest by the police adds a dark piece to Migliore's story. The military raided his home, finding evidence of what appears to be a well-organized drug dealing ring: among the findings, 10 pre-packaged doses of cocaine and crack, packaging material and a "lmaster book" with initials and numbers, likely the accounts from the illegal sale. €1.675 in cash was also seized, presumably the proceeds of the illicit activity. The September 16th investigation is not the first drug dealing investigation involving Ciro Migliore after the death of his girlfriend; already in February 2021, he was targeted by law enforcement for similar crimes. The arrest closes a tragic cycle, where a family loss is intertwined with stories of deviance and illegality.

From a status symbol for the few to an icon of future mobility: in twenty years Tesla revolutionized the concept of electric car. Drive a Model 3 or a Model Y Today it doesn't just mean traveling with zero emissions, but also enjoying sports car performance, continuously updated software and the convenience of the Supercharger network.
However, the desire to get behind the wheel of a Tesla faces two significant obstacles: thehigh purchase cost, which starts from over 40.000 euros, and the rapid technological evolution which leads to a rapid devaluation of the vehicle.
