Firefighters have put out the fire that damaged the Industry Bridge in Rome. The flames “they mainly affected one of the walkways for the passage of cables and gas pipes, which partially collapsed”.
From initial reconstructions it would seem that the flames in the gas pipes and the electricity line were triggered by a brush fire but the investigations are still ongoing.

The repercussions on traffic were inevitable, which remained closed from via Antonio Pacinotti to via del Commercio. The alternative road network consists of via Ostiense, viale Marconi, via Ettore Rolli.
