Road accident on Appia state road: 24-year-old dies

Calvi Risorta. The victim of the road accident on the Appia state road in San Tammaro was 23 years old and a resident of Visciano in Calvi Risorta. His name was Davide Castellan and he was in the car with two friends, who were not seriously injured.

A lawyer from the area who was driving a Jeep Compass that overturned was also injured in the accident. The causes of the impact are still unclear and are being investigated by the highway police assisted by the Carabinieri.

From an initial reconstruction it emerged that the 600 with the victim and his friends on board invaded the lane, probably due to a lack of attention that later proved fatal to the driver. This is a hypothesis on which investigations are underway. The magistrate on duty who will order an autopsy on the young man's body. The other three injured were accompanied to the hospitals of Aversa and Marcianise.
