Via Cinthia, near Parco San Paolo, has become a raging river and here too the traffic has literally gone crazy.
It is clear that the city can no longer handle sudden weather events with short but very intense rains that knock out the entire sewer system. And we are only at the beginning of the autumn season. An emergency plan is needed to control and clean the drains and to verify the stability of the main roads”.
