Napoli. ADM continues its activity without interruption in this delicate phase of economic recovery in support of national companies and to protect consumers.
Officials from the Naples 1 Office, as part of the local risk analysis on goods crossing the port of Naples, discovered a large quantity of small metal parts consisting of 435.000 brass nuts and steel sockets bearing the false indication Made in Italy indelibly imprinted, next to the name of the importing company, on the individual product.
The goods, if placed on national and foreign markets, would have determined illicit profits of over 500.000 euros with a clear distortion of competition to the detriment of national producers, also misleading final consumers about the origin and quality of the product.
The cargo was seized and the person responsible for the importing company was reported to the Judicial Authority.
