The urgency of the precautionary measures issued by the DDA (PM Simona Rossi and Antonella Fratello) and carried out yesterday by the State Police and the Carabinieri, are based on the risk of escape but aim to mitigate the social danger inherent in the armed competition of local criminal groups determined to take over the management of the criminal business in the eastern outskirts of the Neapolitan capital.
