Naples, blitz in the Traiano district: 4 arrests and seizures of weapons and drugs

The Carabinieri of the Naples Bagnoli Company were engaged this morning in a high impact service ordered by the Provincial Command. Via Tertulliano and Viale Traiano in the grip of checks. On site the precious support of the canine units.

During the operations, the Carabinieri arrested a 49-year-old criminal who was found on the street in violation of the provisions imposed by the measure of special surveillance with the obligation to reside in the Municipality of Naples to which he was subjected.

8 people, all already known to the police, were reported at large. They were all held responsible for the crime of violating seals. The 8 – including a woman – were inside condominium basements that had already been seized because they were used for drug dealing. 5 people were reported to the prefecture as habitual drug users.

Found and seized inside flowerbeds and cavities in the perimeter walls of the houses were 1 Beretta brand pistol, Cougar model, caliber 9×21 with the serial number erased, loaded with 7 bullets, another 204 bullets of various calibers, 216 grams of a narcotic substance of the marijuana type and 210 grams of a narcotic substance of the hashish type.

The military also arrested 4 other people in execution of a provision issued by the Criminal Enforcement Office of the Court of Appeal of Naples for association aimed at the illicit trafficking of narcotics.

The Carabinieri notified the prison order to Rosa Pisa, a 59-year-old local woman who was under house arrest, and took her to prison. The woman will have to serve the remaining sentence of 7 years and 4 months. The same fate for Antonietta Esposito, a 37-year-old local woman already known to the police. The Carabinieri executed the prison order and now the woman will have to serve 6 years and just over 4 months.

Naples Trajan district

The Court of Naples has also targeted 2 men. They are Alfonso Pisa and Luigi Delle Donne, citizens of the Traiano district already known to the police, respectively 51 and 58 years old. The Carabinieri have locked the 2 up in the Poggioreale prison and they will have to serve the remaining sentence. For Pisa 3 years and 5 months while for Delle Donne the sentence to be served is 5 years and 8 months.
