Eve day at home Napoli: tomorrow, at 18pm, the Azzurri are preparing to face a very exciting match. It's the Campania derby against Salernitana, 12 years after the last time and 17 years since the last visit to theArechis.

The comparison between the two teams seems unequal at the moment: Napoli is grinding out record after record at the top of the table with 28 points out of 30, while Salernitana is at the bottom with only Cagliari (The 95th-minute victory in the midweek round against Venezia was crucial in this regard.) History, however, has shown us to be more balanced, especially when the matches have been played at the Granata's home ground.

The Azzurri have, in fact, won only once: we have to go back to August 10, 1982, a Coppa Italia match at the old Vestuti stadium in Salerno decided by a penalty from Ferrario for the visitors. The last match at the Arechi, however, dates back to April 3, 2004 (in Serie B): it ended 0-0.

Thursday against Bologna Luciano Spalletti he relied on the starting eleven (with the exception of Elmas). Reason why we could see some changes, especially in midfield: a possible rest for Fabian Ruiz, Demme is raring to go alongside Anguissa. Goal and defense remain untouchable, in attack they should return politan (who continues to alternate with Lozano) and Zielinski.

For the Granata, mister Colantuono will rely on Franck Ribery, towards a starting shirt despite some ailments. Doubts about who could join him in the front trident between Djuric and Simy, Bonazzoli confirmed. In the midfield Di Tacchio with Obi and Kastanos, in the defense chance for Gagliolo with the usual Zortea and Ranieri.

POSSIBLE FORMATIONS
NAPLES (4-2-3-1): Ospina; Di Lorenzo, Rrahmani, Koulibaly, Mario Rui; Anguissa, Demme; Politano, Zielinski, Insigne; Osimhen. Coach Spalletti
SALERNITANA (4-3-3): Belec; Zortea, Gyomber, Gagliolo, Ranieri; Bonazzoli, Simy, Ribery. Coach: Colantuono
