Road maintenance workers announced they had blocked the Naples and Caserta company, which is based in the municipality of San Tammaro.
The picket line with the blockade of work vehicles started this morning on the initiative of the 'Banchi Nuovi' workers registered with SICobas.
“The initiative - they say - is against mandatory vaccination and for the withdrawal of the green pass, a wicked and discriminatory measure”.
The decision was communicated to the company and to workers belonging to other trade unions. “We all want to work regardless of the green pass, we do not accept the government's blackmail. We cannot support a hidden tax like the one for the swab every 48 hours”, the protesters underline.
About a hundred workers of the multiservice company Scarl working for the municipality of San Tammaro (Caserta) have been protesting since this morning against the Green Pass obligation that came into force today; the workers are protesting at the company headquarters. A discussion is underway with the company management.
Multiservice Scarl carries out services on behalf of public bodies such as the Province of Caserta and the Region and deals in particular with ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of roads, cleaning with cutting of weeds, pruning of hedges and plant essences by specialized teams expert in care and maintenance.
