Maddaloni. Anti-drug operation at dawn in Maddaloni: 21 orders issued, 9 of which in prison, 6 under house arrest and 6 under obligation to sign
Today, the Carabinieri of the Maddaloni Company executed an order for the application of a personal precautionary measure, issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, at the request of this Prosecutor's Office, against 21 individuals, of whom 9 are in prison, 6 are under the authority of the AA.DD. and 6 are subject to the obligation to report daily to the PG because they are being investigated for the crimes referred to in articles 81, 110 of the Criminal Code and 73 of Presidential Decree 309/90 (possession and dealing of narcotic substances, continued and in competition).
The measure arises from the investigation activity carried out, from March 2018 to February 2019, by the military of the Operational Nucleus of the aforementioned Company who thus managed to: reconstruct the actual existence of an intense and complex drug dealing activity by numerous local individuals, in the municipalities of Maddaloni (CE), San Felice a Cancello (CE), S. Maria a Vico (CE), Montesarchio (BN) and Arpaia (BN); 2. identify the supply area in Caivano (NA).
Specifically, during the investigation, also conducted with technical activities and with observation, control and shadowing services, numerous checks were carried out that supported the investigative hypothesis, and in particular: – 8 arrests in flagrante; – 14 reports in a state of freedom; verification of over 600 episodes of transfer of various types of narcotic substances. Maddaloni, a 14-year-old boy robbed by two peers armed with knives: the stolen goods were recovered.
MADDALONI – They threatened a peer with a knife and stole his wallet, smartphone, and electric bicycle. The two minors involved in the incident were both reported to the Juvenile Court for conspiracy to commit robbery after the intervention of the Carabinieri of the local station.
