Yesterday morning, officers from the Frattamaggiore Police Station, during a service to combat drug dealing near a housing complex in via Solimena in Sant'Antimo, were approached by a boy who, in the presence of other people, had approached their car with the clear intent of selling something but, having recognized the occupants as policemen, had fled.
The officers reached him and stopped him inside the entrance hall of a building, finding him in possession of 4 sticks of hashish, 4 small bags containing marijuana and 45 euros. They also checked the other people who were with the dealer and one of them, the man's brother, was found in possession of a small bag containing marijuana, 290 euros and a folding knife with an 8 cm blade, while another person was holding 14 euros.
ML, a 21-year-old from Sant'Antimo with a criminal record, was arrested for possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing. His brother, a 29-year-old with a criminal record, and the other person, a 20-year-old from Frattamaggiore, were reported for the same crime. Finally, the XNUMX-year-old was also reported for illegal possession of weapons.
