It is finally ready to welcome its audience back Lendi Theatre of Sant'Arpino, which announces the 2021/2022 program accompanied by the seasonal slogan #let's start again #let's live #let's play, three hashtags that clearly and passionately underline the idea of a return to normal life sealed by the pleasure of sitting in the stalls and savouring the art and emotions of the stage, which are good for the body and mind.
"During the worst moment of the pandemic, I never gave up for the love of the work I chose to do. On several occasions, I argued that theater will now be a natural medicine, especially from a psychological point of view, to get out of the tunnel made of anxiety, desperation and bad news - he claims Francis Scarano, director of the Lendi Theatre – The new program features the names that, due to the closure of theaters, did not perform at Lendi in 2020 and to these are added others of national caliber. With a beaming smile I reopen the curtain and I will work so that the growth project of the structure, started by the undersigned more than ten years ago, can resume its constant path".
The season will start on November 17 to Peppe Barra and will continue with Vincenzo Salemme, Paul Conticini, Maurizio Casagrande, Massimiliano Gallo, Francesca Marini e Massimo Masiello, Giovanni Esposito e Francesco Procopio, Simone Schettino, Lucio Pierri e Ida Rendano.
Also worth mentioning is the cast, led by Lino D'Angiò e Alan De Luca, of "And what live theatre!”, a successful format born as a television program right in the setting of the Teatro Lendi.
The box office will be open to the public starting October 12th on the following days and times: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (16:30-20:30), Thursday (09:30-13:00), Saturday (16:00-19:30).
