Trial to be redone. This is the decision taken by the judges of the Court of Cassation on the death of Antonio Ferrara, the delicatessen owner of Pignasecca, struck down by illness after being the victim of an attempted robbery.
The judges of the Supreme Court last night - as reported today by Il Mattino - they filed a provision that refers the documents to the Court of Appeal of Naples asking for a new trial on the responsibilities of Luigi Del Gaudio.
In the first instance he had been sentenced to eight years of prison for the attempted robbery while he was acquitted of the charge of having caused Ferrara's death as a consequence of another crime.
