Saint Joseph Vesuvius. Yesterday evening, officers from the San Giuseppe Vesuviano Police Station, during an operation to combat drug dealing, noticed a man in Via Santa Maria la Scala who, having gotten out of a car, walked away towards a building and returned handing something to a person in exchange for money.
The man, shortly after, resumed his march in the direction of via Mattiulli but was stopped and found in possession of three packages containing approximately 1,8 grams of cocaine, a stick of hashish weighing approximately 1,7 grams and 270 euros; furthermore, the police carried out a check at his home in via Santa Maria la Scala where they found 2 car doors, 3 car radios, a satellite navigator, 2 other bags containing approximately 100 grams of cocaine and various material for packaging the drug.

AA, a 43-year-old from San Giuseppe Vesuviano, was arrested for possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing and reported for money laundering; finally, the vehicle was returned to its rightful owner.
