Flight disruption: difficult journey for passengers on the Naples-Milan flight, who reported a delay of five hours and eight minutes yesterday, Monday 3 January.

It happened to Easyjet flight EJU2896, causing no small amount of inconvenience to those returning from the New Year's holidays or wanting to reach Lombardy, in view of the upcoming Epiphany long weekend, where heavy air travel disruptions are expected, also in light of the dramatic increase in Covid cases within airlines.

Travelers who suffered a delay for the Easyjet Naples Milan Malpensa flight, thanks to the support of ItaliaRimborso and at no cost to the passenger, can obtain 250 euros, provided for the inconvenience, as financial compensation, provided for by Community Regulation 261/2004. The flight, in fact, reached its destination only late at night, not respecting the departure, initially scheduled for 17:20.

You can contact ItaliaRimborso by filling out the online form on the homepage of the website italiarimborso.it. Alternatively, passengers on the delayed Naples-Milan flight can call 06 56548248 or send a simple Whatsapp message to 342 1031477.
