It will be the show "Broken is the heart of Beauty” written by Mariano Dammacco and performed by Serena Balivo on stage Saturday 22 January 2022 at 20.30 pm and Sunday 23 January at 18.00 pm the second event of the theatrical season of the Teatro Area Nord of Naples, after the success of “Natale in casa Cupiello – spettacolo perattore cum figuris”.
The show “Broken is the heart of beauty” tells the story of a so-called love triangle, he, she, the other and, through the fragments and images of this story, offers the spectator a look at Love in its painful and tormented folds, through the coexistence of tragedy and humor.
On stage, Serena Balivo gives body and voice to the two female protagonists of the story and next to her appear, acted by Mariano Dammacco and Erica Galante, the silent figures of the man at the centre of the love triangle and the two women in a dreamlike scenario.
The work of creating the company started from some questions about love and how this feeling, fundamental in human life, can transform, degenerate, betray the desires and expectations of those who experience it.
