The State Police of Caserta arrested a Moroccan citizen, subject to an order for the execution of the sentence issued in 2013 by the Court of Turin.
The operators of the local Immigration Office, as part of the control activities carried out also through the cross-referencing of the information present in the databases, have ascertained the exact identity of the man who, in the meantime, had applied for a residence permit.
From the investigations conducted, it emerged that he was sentenced to a definitive sentence of one year and eleven months of detention, for various crimes. The aforementioned had previously managed to evade the execution of the measure by providing false personal details.
After the formal procedures, the person was taken to the Aversa Prison, in execution of the restrictive measure pending against him.
