The Naples Police Chief has issued nine orders prohibiting access to public establishments or places of public entertainment, pursuant to art. 13bis of Legislative Decree 14/2017, as amended by Legislative Decree 130/2020, against 9 people aged between 23 and 54, originally from Napoli and the Vesuvian area.
In particular, the measure affected six people who, in December of last year, were reported for an aggravated brawl that took place near a bar in Somma Vesuviana; two other people who, last August, were reported following a trivial argument that took place in a club in Sorrento; finally, a man who, last October, was reported for personal injury and violence against a public official because, outside a bar in Giugliano in Campania, he had attacked a soldier off duty with an iron truncheon.
These measures, prepared and prepared by the Anti-Crime Police Division of the Police Headquarters, include a one-year ban on accessing public establishments and places of public entertainment located in the municipalities where the events took place, as well as staying in their immediate vicinity.
