People who are 18 years of age or younger and under 60 can donate.
To donate blood safely, you must have a body weight of at least 50 kg and a healthy lifestyle. This means: no risky behavior that could compromise the health of the donor or the recipient of the blood.
Suitability for donation will be established through a personal and confidential interview, a clinical evaluation by a doctor and after having carried out the laboratory tests required to guarantee the safety of the donor and the recipient.
