In Acerra, the Carabinieri of the Investigative Unit of Castello di Cisterna have executed a custodial order issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Naples, at the request of the local Anti-Mafia District Directorate, against Enrico Terracciano, a 19-year-old from Acerra, seriously suspected of "attempted voluntary homicide" and "illegal carrying and possession of a firearm", crimes aggravated by the methods mafia.
The investigation, conducted by the Investigative Unit of Castello di Cisterna and directed by the Neapolitan DDA, was launched following the attempted murder that took place in Acerra on March 15, against a 23-year-old cousin of the arrested man.
Following the investigation into Enrico Terracciano, serious evidence of guilt was acquired in relation to the material execution of the attempted murder.
Furthermore, it was understood that the motive for the crime could reasonably be identified in the credit of a sum of money that the perpetrator of the crime had towards the victim for an illicit transaction.
