First he blocked her to take her bag away. Then, when the woman resisted, he did not hesitate to kick her after she had been dragged to the ground.
A violent robbery that took place in Boscoreale for which, two and a half months later, the carabinieri have identified the alleged perpetrator.
The military personnel of the Boschese station, in fact, have executed an order applying the measure of precautionary custody in prison, issued by the investigating judge of the Torre Annunziata court at the request of the Oplontina prosecutor's office, arresting a man (whose personal details have not been disclosed) accused of aggravated robbery and personal injury.
According to investigators, he is the perpetrator of the robbery last February 25 in Boscoreale, when a woman over sixty-five was attacked by a man who had stopped her while she was walking down the street, stealing her purse.
When the victim resisted, the criminal grabbed her and made her fall, then kicked her until he managed to get hold of the bag. The victim was forced to seek medical attention for the injuries she had suffered, which were deemed curable in three days.
“The investigations – underlines the public prosecutor of Torre Annunziata, Nunzio Fragliasso – cconducted through the analysis of video surveillance systems, stakeouts and documentary investigations, have allowed us to reconstruct the path taken by the alleged perpetrator of the robbery after committing the crime, while he was still clutching the bag stolen from the woman shortly before, allowing his identification".
After the formal procedures, the arrested man was taken to the Neapolitan prison of Poggioreale.
