The trial against was held before the Single Judge of the Court of Benevento, Dr. Perrotta, Mason Pompey, 57 years old, from San Giorgio del Sannio, accused of the crime of aggravated theft and defended by lawyers Vittorio Fucci and Antonella Mazzone.
In particular, Masone was accused of having stolen, in August 2016, in a fraudulent manner, goods exposed to public trust, consisting of foodstuffs, including bottles of oil, from the Decò supermarket in Benevento, located on Via Napoli.
At the end of the trial, the PM had requested a sentence of three years and 2 months for Masone. The Judge, however, accepting the thesis of the lawyers Vittorio Fucci and Antonella Mazzone, acquitted Masone of the crime of aggravated theft.
