NapoliYesterday afternoon, the officers of the Vicaria-Mercato Police Station, during their territorial control service, while passing through Piazza San Francesco in Capuana, noticed a man who, at the sight of them, quickly moved away to evade the control.

The police reached him and identified him as a 33-year-old from Avellino, ascertaining that he had left his home where he is under house arrest for violating the obligations of the preventive measure of special surveillance with the obligation to reside in the municipality of Nocera Superiore and, therefore, arrested him for evasion.
