The first hearing was held yesterday for the three boys, a Neapolitan, a Palermo native and a resident of Capua, accused of the crimes of defamation aggravated by the use of the social media Facebook and death threats against the Rai journalist, Claudia Marra, correspondent of I Fatti Vostri.
The journalist was following the case of the three Neapolitans missing in Mexico and after the live broadcast Facebook of one of their relatives, who was supposed to be interviewed by the journalist, but refused because he did not accept the script that Rai had imposed on him, according to him, heavy controversy and insults followed.
