Naples. It has been heard “in protected mode” the young daughter of Anastasiia Bondarenko, the 23-year-old Ukrainian girl who died in a serious fire that broke out on March 10 in the home of alley I Sant'Antonio Abate.
Mother and daughter lived together with other foreigners. The little girl now lives in a town in Northern Italy together with her father and was subjected to an evidentiary incident, requested by the owners of the investigation (the prosecutors Santulli and Varone) which sees Dmytro Trembach, 26 years old, a compatriot of the victim, as the suspect for voluntary homicide aggravated by futile motives.
According to investigators, Trembach caused the death of the 23-year-old, with whom he was having an affair, by setting fire to the apartment where the young woman lived with her daughter, who was rescued by a Russian woman.
Trembach was incriminated by phone calls to the victim's mother and chat messages (“I burned Anastasiia. You can buy flowers for the funeral”). The Carabinieri, coordinated by the investigators of the "Weak Fasce" section of the Prosecutor's Office of Naples, directed by the deputy prosecutor Raffaello Falcone, tracked down Dmytro Trembach in Acerra aboard a Fiat 500.
