Nola, 180 kilos of food and a magnet seized in a pizzeria. The owner of the place, a 29-year-old with no criminal record, was reported at large
The Carabinieri Forestali of the Marigliano station together with personnel from the ASL Napoli 3 Sud checked a pizzeria in Piazzolla di Nola. During the operations, 150 kilos of meat and 30 kilos of other foods including cooked pasta and fish were found and seized. The food - in poor condition - was inside 2 refrigerators.
A magnet was also found positioned on the electricity meter. Enel personnel intervened and ascertained that with that magnet a theft of electricity was in progress capable of reducing consumption by 97,38%. An estimated damage in the last year equal to about 5 thousand euros.
The owner of the premises, a 29-year-old with no criminal record, was reported at large. The woman will answer to the judicial authorities for the crimes of aggravated theft and possession of food in poor condition.
