Ruby ter: PMs ask to sentence Silvio Berlusconi to 6 years for corruption in judicial acts
Deputy Prosecutor Tiziana Siciliano and PM Luca Gaglio have asked the judges of the seventh criminal section of Milan to sentence Silvio Berlusconi to 6 years for corruption in judicial acts in the Ruby ter trial.
The prosecutors have requested 28 convictions, including those of Silvio Berlusconi and Karima El Mahroug, in the Ruby ter trial. Among the requests is that of sentencing Maria Rosaria Rossi, a senator and former loyalist of the Cavaliere, to 1 year and 4 months for false testimony.
